DarkStar Tattoo provides tattooing, body piercing, and related services at our physical location. All services are subject to artist availability and compliance with age and health regulations.

• You may not use our site for any unlawful or prohibited activities.

3. Appointments & Deposits

• Appointments may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.

• Reschedules must be requested at least 72 hours in advance.

• No-shows or late cancellations may result in forfeiting your deposit.

4. Payments

• Payments for services are due at the time of service.

• We accept cash and approved electronic payment methods.

• All prices are subject to change without notice.

5. Health & Safety

• Clients must be 18+ with valid ID for tattoos and certain piercings.

• We reserve the right to refuse service if clients appear intoxicated, ill, or unfit for procedures.

6. Limitation of Liability

DarkStar Tattoo and its artists are not liable for:

• Reactions to inks, materials, or aftercare products.

• Improper aftercare resulting in healing issues.

• Personal injury caused by failure to follow aftercare instructions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, images, logos, and designs on this site belong to DarkStar Tattoo or are used with permission. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
